Alleys and rooftops are a fascination to me. What is the “story” behind the facade? What happens when our dwellings meet the sky? My curiosity is peaked often by an inviting view and frustrating if I am in an auto traveling and cannot notate it in a sketch. The image usually haunts me until I can revisit it and create a sketch or take a photograph.
